Travelling East on A27 (Shoreham Bypass) turn right on roundabout on to Devils Dyke Road (A2038). Follow and take 3rd exit on next roundabout on to Dyke Rd Ave, following this road for 2.3miles until next roundabout. Take exit on to Vernon Terrace (B2122) and follow B2122 0.7miles until end of the road and turn left on to Kings Road (A259), destination 0.2miles ahead on left.

Directions: From the East

Travelling west on A27 (Shoreham Bypass) turn left on to Lewes Road (A270)and follow 2.9miles until roundabout. Take 3rd exit on to GRAND Junction Road (A259). Follow 0.6miles destination on right.
