By Train

The training rooms are situated only five minutes walk from Brighton rail station, frequent train services serve London and the South-East. From the Station, walk through the main exit and proceed down Queens Rd. Gloucester Road is the first turning on your left (excluding Trafalgar Street running under the main station entrance) Walk down Gloucester Road and the training facility is clearly signposted on the left hand side.

By Car

From the M23/A23, follow the signs to the town centre. There is parking nearby for over 3,000 cars. The closest most convenient car parks are Trafalgar Street Car Park, North Road Car Park and the Brighton Railway Station Car park.
