By Car

From M25

• Leave the M25 at junction 5 and join the A21 (signposted Sevenoaks and Hastings).
• Continue for approx 11 miles on the A21 and at the junction with the A26 take the slip road exit (signposted Tonbridge/A26).
• At the roundabout take the second exit onto the A26 Woodgate Way (signposted Paddock Wood/Tonbridge Ind Est)
• At the second roundabout take the second exit (signposted Maidstone/Town Centre)
• At the third roundabout take the first exit onto Vale Road.
• Travel along Vale Road for 600 yrds, where the Riverdale Estate is on your left before the sharp right turn into Soverign Way

From Tunbridge Wells

• From Tunbridge Wells town centre follow signs to Southborough
• Travel along St John's Road and through Southborough on the A26.
• Continue along this road following signs to Tonbridge
• Continue forward following signs to the Castle and swimming pool when you reach Tonbridge
• Join the B2260 passing the railway station on the left
• At the next roundabout turn right into Vale Road, continue ahead at the mini roundabout, after a further 300 yrds the road bears left, but you need to continue ahead.
• At the next junction with Soverign Way continue ahead and you will find Riverside Estate almost immediately on the right hand side
