By Car

From the A1
Travelling North take the exit for the A1056
At the end of the slip road follow the roundabout under the A1 and take the 2nd Exit 1056
At the next roundabout (near McDonalds) go left and follow this road until you come to another roundabout where you will bear right following the A1056 (Sandy Lane)
When you get to the end of Sandy Lane go straight over the roundabout so you are still on the A1056
At the next roundabout turn left and then left again at the mini roundabout onto Mylord Crescent
Take the 1st right onto Locomotion Way and the training centre is half way down this road on the left (blue and grey factory units)

From the A19
Travelling North take the exit at Killingworth (after the sign for Sandys Letch) A1056
At the end of the slip road turn left and then continue to the next roundabout where you will go straight ahead.
At the next roundabout turn left and then left again at the mini roundabout onto Mylord Crescent
Take the 1st right onto Locomotion Way and the training centre is half way down this road on the left (blue and grey factory units)
