By Car

Coming from Dundee (A90)
Take the Perth exit (Exit 11) on the left . Follow this road into Perth and remain in the left lane to drive over the Queens Bridge, turn left at the end of the bridge and go straight on. You will come to a small roundabout, drive straight on and through the Harbour Industrial area. The road you will be on will be called “Shore Road”, this road becomes “Friarton Road”. Take the road off to the left for Lower Friarton, the King James VI Business Centre is just as you enter that road.

Coming from ALL other routes (From Broxden Roundabout)
From Broxden roundabout go onto the M90. Stay right for the M90 via the exit towards the Fourth Road Bridge and Edinburgh . Take A812 exit , exit 9, on the left towards Bridge of Earn/Glenfarg/Cupar . Merge onto the A912 via exit 10 on the left towards Perth. Turn right onto Friarton Road. Go down the hill, turn right at the bottom of the hill before the road naturally bends to the left. The King James VI Business centre is just along this turn off.
