Booking Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully

Using this website and the Easybook Training Ltd (Easybook Training) Website booking service you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions detailed below which form the basis of your contract with Easybook Training.

In the Terms & Conditions set out below, “you” and “your” refers to all persons named on the booking, which includes any individual(s) subsequently added or substituted at a later date “We”, “us” and “our” all refer to Easybook Training Ltd. Please print and retain a copy of this Agreement for your records as it may occasionally be updated.

1. Making a booking

By making a booking you are confirming that you are authorised to do so on behalf of all persons named in the booking and you are acknowledging that all members of your party agree to be bound by these Booking Terms & Conditions. When your booking has been made a confirmation will be sent to you by email using the email address that you have supplied. You should retain a copy of this confirmation for your reference. You should carefully check the details of your confirmation as soon as you receive it. You must contact Easybook Training immediately if any of the details are incorrect or incomplete. We will always endeavour to rectify any inaccuracies or accommodate any alterations you wish to make to your booking. We cannot accept liability for any inaccuracies that are not brought to our attention within 48 hours of issuing you confirmation, nor can we accept responsibility for inaccurate information that you have supplied. If you contact us via email we will endeavour to respond within 1 working day of receiving your booking enquiry. Administration fees may apply (see 5)

2. Paying for your booking

All bookings made via the Easybook Training website must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card. A full payment will be deducted from your credit or debit card at the time of booking to secure your reservation. For residential courses any outstanding balance of payment must be made to the hotel at time of check out. As a measure of fraud prevention you will be required to enter the three digit Card Verification Value (CVV) printed on the back of your credit or debit card when making a booking online. All prices are quoted in £GBP and include tax (VAT) at the current Government rate.

Offline bookings can be made by alternative methods of payment (by agreement with Easybook Training Ltd). 

3. VAT Invoice

A VAT invoice will be provided with the booking confirmation e-mail.

4. Price changes

Easybook Training reserves the right to increase or decrease the price of unsold courses at any time. The price of your chosen course will be confirmed when your booking is made and, with the exception of any errors, we will not increase this price once it has been confirmed. We reserve the right to correct any errors in advertised and confirmed prices and will do so as soon as we become aware of an error. We will notify you of any price discrepancies relating to your booking should they arise, but we strongly advise you to check that the final price of your booking is correct before making your final confirmation.

5. Amendments to your booking

You should notify us of any amendments to your confirmed booking by telephone or in writing (by post or by email to Easybook Training) as soon as possible. Amendments are subject to availability and are subject to an administration fee of £10.00. Alternative course charges may apply.

6. Cancellations

The course payment will be refunded should you wish to cancel your booking within the following cancellation periods;

0% 0-14 Working days prior to the course commencement date
50% 15-28 Working days prior to the course commencement date
100% 29 + Working days prior to the course commencement date

Course provider terms and conditions may supersede those of Easybook Training Ltd

A cancellation confirmation will be sent back to you at the same email address.

7. Cancellations and changes made by Easybook Training

In the unlikely event that a course is unable to accommodate a confirmed booking it may be necessary to offer an alternative date and/or venue of an equal standard. If at any time we need to make changes that will significantly affect your course or we need to cancel your course, we will tell you as soon as possible, offering a suitable alternative or a refund. This does not apply to minor changes or events during your course resulting from unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for cancelling your booking as a result of your failure to comply with any requirement of our Booking Terms & Conditions, and we cannot be held liable for any expenses, costs or losses incurred by you as a result of any change or cancellation.

8. Course Transfers

Bookings may be transferred only if a written transfer request is received by us at least 14 working days before the course commences. Transfers are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee, these will be dealt with on a case by case basis and a separate administration fee charged accordingly.

Please note that no refund can be given on any bookings which have already been transferred.  Only one transfer request can be made per course booking.  Easybook Training reserve the right to cancel bookings where multiple transfer requests have been made. 

9. On-site Training Courses

On-site courses are carried out at the clients premises to one or more employees by trainers provided by Easybook Training. Course booking requests will not be deemed to have been completed until such time as full payment has been made and a signed booking form received. Candidate numbers must be confirmed a minimum of 72 hours prior to course commencement in order for course materials to be provided including exam papers (where applicable) for each candidate. Alterations to candidate numbers following booking confirmation may incur additional charges. For cancellation fees please see cancellation policy. Applicable Certificates / Awards will be sent as a single document to the client address supplied by 1st class post within 3 working days of receipt by Easybook Training from the issuing body.
 

10. Third party suppliers

Courses will be supplied by third party companies, such third party suppliers will have their own set of Terms and Conditions relating to the services they provide. It remains your responsibility to adhere to the Terms and Conditions of any third party for the delivery of the course.
 

11. Medical conditions

If you or any member of your party has a medical problem or disability which may affect your course, please contact Easybook Training. We can then make provision for the particular needs of the person(s) concerned, or advise you if we are unable to make such provision. If details are not provided to us at the time of booking, we reserve the right to transfer or cancel the booking should a specific third party supplier be unable to make appropriate provision for a specific need or needs.

12. Circumstances beyond our control

We cannot accept responsibility for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. These include (but are not limited to adverse weather conditions, fire, riot, war, terrorist activity (or threat of such activity), industrial dispute, natural disaster, or injuries and death of an individual(s) through accidental circumstances unconnected with Easybook Training. By making a booking you are accepting responsibility for any damage or loss caused by yourself or member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid to the third party supplier. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for meeting any claims subsequently made (together with our own and the other party’s full legal costs) as a result of your actions.

13. Complaints

Should you be dissatisfied with any aspect of the service provided by any of our third party suppliers, you can bring it to our attention by writing to: The Managing Director, Easybook Training, 1 Boathouse Cottages, Pembury Road, Tunbridge Wells TN2 3QB. Complaints brought to our attention will normally receive a response within 7 working days.

14. Accuracy of information on this website:

Whereas we endeavour to ensure the information contained within this website is as accurate as possible, there will inevitably be instances where information may be incorrect or out of date. It is always advisable to check specific details that may be relevant to your booking prior to making that booking. We reserve the right to amend or remove information at any time and do not accept responsibility for keeping copies of any amended or deleted information.

15. Usernames and Passwords

This site may provide you with the ability to use usernames, passwords, or other codes or devices to gain access to restricted areas. The content contained in such areas is confidential to Easybook Training, and is provided to you for your own specified personal or corporate use. We reserve the right to withdraw the use of such access codes at any time should we feel that their use is being abused or is likely to be detrimental to our business.

16. Our liability to you

We accept liability for, and totally restricted to, bookings placed via Easybook Training in accordance with the Booking Terms and Conditions current at the time of booking. We cannot accept any other form of liability.  We act as an agent for third party suppliers, all liabilities relating to the supply of the service are between the client and the third party supplier.  It is the responsibility of the person(s)completing the booking to understand and accept the third parties terms and conditions prior to supply of the service.

17. Website Privacy Electronic mailing list

Easybook Training operates an opt-in email policy. In order to receive details about special offers and promotions from us buy email you must opt-in to our mailing list. If at a later date you wish to opt out of our mailing list you can use the link or email address provided at the bottom of any of our emails to do so. Alternatively, you can unsubscribe by updating your member log-in details . We do not send unsolicited email communications and we do not sell exchange or trade email addresses to or with third parties. Information will only be supplied to the third party delivering the course which is relative to your booking.

18. Bookings

In order to guarantee your booking you will need to provide us with specific personal details relating to that reservation. Your details will be used only for the purpose of handling that booking. When making a booking you will be transferred to a secure (SSL) server in order to provide credit or debit card information. When you are transferred to this secure server you will see a padlock icon in the bottom corner of your browser window and the URL of the page you are viewing will begin with “https”. Any information you provide while you are within this secure environment is encrypted and cannot be read by a third party. When you make a booking we will use your email address for the purpose of fulfilling that booking. This will include sending you an email to confirm your booking and may include additional communication should we need to contact you regarding specific requirements or a cancellation. If you choose to opt-in to our mailing list during the booking process, then we will store the contact details that you have provided so that we may fulfil your request for future communication.

19. Third party websites and viruses

Easybook Training cannot be held responsible for the accuracy, content, or availability of information about our services or organisation that may be found on third party websites. Neither are we responsible for the content or privacy policies of any third party websites that have access to or from the Easybook Training website. Attempts to interfere with the operation of our website, by whatever means, or any attempt to place an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our website or server infrastructure is prohibited. In the event of our website failing to operate, either in whole or in part due to infections by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond reasonable control, we reserve the right in our sole and absolute discretion to prohibit usage of our site and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the site.

No reproduction of any part of this site may be sold or distributed for commercial gain modified or incorporated into any other work, publication or site. All names, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress and trade names are proprietary of Easybook Training and may not be used by anyone for any purpose without our prior express written consent. Framing or utilised framing techniques of the above or other proprietary information is also prohibited without written consent. We consider our trademarks to be valuable assets, and take infringement of these seriously. It is illegal to use any spy wares, robot, spider or other automatic devise, or manual process to track or copy the site or the contents or information without our prior express written consent, apart from the recognised major search engines such as Google & Yahoo MSN. The use of any such material from the Easybook Training website on any other Web, Internet, intranet, extranet or other site or computer environment is strictly prohibited. Information on jour site is intended for your reference only. If you have any specific queries you should contact Easybook Training directly. Easybook Training nor any party involved in creating, producing or delivering this site shall be liable for any damages arising out of any access to, use of, or inability to use this site. 21. Force Majeure The company shall not be liable for any default to any act of God, war or by act of the Queens’s enemies

22. Limitation of Company’s Liability In the event of any breach of this contract by the company the remedies of the client shall be limited to damages for that breach. Under no circumstances shall the liability exceed the price of the services provided. All warranties and conditions whether implied by statute or otherwise are excluded from this contract provided that nothing in this contract shall restrict liability for death or personal injury Caused by negligence of the company or affect any statutory rights of a client dealing as a customer If (a) the client fails to make payment for the services in accordance with this contract or commits any breach of this contract (b) distress or execution shall be levied upon any of the clients goods or (c) the client offers to make arrangements with its creditors or if any petition in bankruptcy is presented or in the opinion of the company the client is unable to pay its debts as they fall due or (d) being a limited company any resolution or petition to wind up the client (other than for the purpose of amalgamation or reconstruction without insolvency) shall be passed or presented or (e) a receiver or administrative received or manager shall be appointed over the whole or any part of the clients business or assets or (f) any petition for the appointment of any administrator is presented against the client or of the client shall suffer any analogous proceeding under foreign law.

23. General This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales Where the client is more than one person any obligation on the part of the client shall be joint and several.
