HAZWOPER 24 Hour Training

Course Objectives

At the end of this health and safety training course, successful students will demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of hazardous substances and materials and be able to minimize the associated risks. Additionally, successful students will be able to recognize signs and labels that are used to alert personnel of danger involving hazardous materials

Assessment

This HAZWOPER course will include hands-on training, learning from real-life scenarios, and practical exercises. On successful completion of the HAZWOPER Training, students will receive an OSHA certificate.

Who Should Attend

The HAZWOPER 24 Hour Training Course is aimed at employees who have duties involving the handling or cleaning up hazardous materials in any manner should take OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER Training Course.

This 24-hour safety course is specifically for “Occasional Site Workers” (individuals who ARE NOT required to handle waste or hazardous materials as part of their job function).
