


This Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) Part 46 Annual Refresher course is designed to meet all regulatory requirements for affected workers who are required to complete a minimum of 8-Hours of refresher training every year to maintain compliance with MSHA regulations.
* Please Note - this course WILL NOT fulfil the training requirements of the Part 48 course. *
Upon completion of this mine safety course, successful students will demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of the hazards associated with working at a mine site and be able to minimize the risks.
The MSHA Part 46 Annual Refresher course will cover the following topics:
Attendees will be required to attend full learning hours and achieve a passing score on all tests and assessments. On successful completion of this Miner Training, students will receive a 5000-23 MSHA certificate which is valid for 12 months.
Miners or Contractors who hold a current, in-date P46 certificate and require a refresher.
Part 46 Refresher training is required on an annual basis.
