


The NCCCO Certified Rigger Level 2 Prep Course prepares students who currently hold the NCCCO Level 1 Rigger Certification and wish to progress and take the NCCCO Rigger Level 2 written and practical exams.
Throughout the course students will look into the use of hitch application, calculating off-set centers of gravity and weight distribution. Additionally, trainees will learn methods of determining sling tension and the rotation of suspended loads.
Students who successfully complete this NCCCO crane training will be confident in their preparation for the exams and will also be able to competently perform the job requirements of a Level 2 Rigger.

In addition to the Rigger Level 1 knowledge and practical skills already held, students will take part in classroom and hands-on practical exercises to confidently gain the skills required to prepare them for the NCCCO Rigger Level 2 Exams.

At the end of this rigger level 2 course, practice tests are given to students. This is followed by a discussion of the correct answers and a review of the course material.

The NCCCO Certified Rigger Level 2 written and practical exams must be taken and successfully passed to receive certification.
Certificates are valid for a 5 year period; however this may vary if additional NCCCO qualifications are added to a student's card.

All trainees will receive "Course Joining Instructions" via email 7 to 10 days prior to the course start date. This email will contain all pertinent information about the course and any requirements for the training.
Yes. All trainees receive a confirmation email once a booking has been placed.
Yes. Attendance on every day of the course, at the times given on the joining instructions, is required for successful completion.

Start and finish times are on the Course Joining Instructions which are sent out seven to ten days before the course start date. Anyone who arrives late may be refused entry.
We send joining instructions seven to 10 days before the start of each course. If you book your course less than seven days before it starts, we’ll email them to you within 24 hours of your booking.
