ONLINE Instructor-Led NYC 8 Hour SST Fall Prevention

Overview

This virtual 8 hour SST fall prevention course will be delivered remotely, using instructor-led online learning. The course content remains the same as classroom-based training, however, you’ll attend a scheduled, interactive class via video conferencing. Students are required to attend full learning hours.

The training course is designed for construction personnel in NYC and covers important information on fall hazards including how to avoid and prevent fall-related incidents. A review of regulatory safety requirements associated with falls and decision-making when working at heights is also part of the cirriculum.  This course is a specialized worker awareness elective course that can help fulfill the requirement for an individual applying for a Site Safety Training Card.

Training will consist of a combination of lectures, PowerPoint presentations and discussions throughout the course.
